General conditions
Payments after reservation, you recieve an invoice for the whole hiring period of your apartment. Just after advance payment of 25% your reservation is accepted. This advance payment must have been paid within 14 days after the invoice date. The remaining amount of 75% must be paid 8 weeks before arrival. Payments that are too late will expire our conditions. The price for the extra usage of water, elektra and other possible extra services, will be invoiced at the check-out and to be paid at the check-out day. All our prices are in euros. You must pay at the end of the hiring period, also in euros.

Cancel
If you cancel your reservation up to 2 months for arrival complete refund will take place for what has been paid. Afterwards we are no longer responsible for the amount already that has been paid. We guess therefore you get a travel cancellation insurance.

Arrival and departure:
You can arrive and leave on any day. We coordinate the hour of arrival on your flight. On the day of departure we ask you for your collaboration with us, by giving the occasion to get the apartment ready for the next guest(At the latest, at 13.00. hrs.).

Damage to the villa and furniture:
Damage to the villa and furnishings, (which sometimes can happen to veryone), then we charge you the real costs and trust in your collaboration.

Smoking:
On Curaçao people live outside, to smoke there is absolutely no problem. In the apartments you are not allowed to smoke.

Guarantees:

At arrival we will ask you to pay a guarantor of € 150.00 for possible damage during your stay. This will be settled with the check-out.. If you wish to use a temporary remote control for the role gateway, to park your car safely in the night, we charge an extra guarantor of € 50.00. Also these must be paid in advance.

Electra/water:
We keep the rights to ourselves for interim oscillations in the tariff for electra and water, and calculate this to the staying guests.

Pets:
Pets have not been permitted.

House regulations:
At arrival in your apartment you will find a folder with significant information about the island, and the house regulations.

At complying with above-mentioned conditions we keep the right to ourselves to refuse you to the access of our property, Without any resistution.
