General Information
On 04 January 2007 I, Eddy Bemelmans has become the owner of a large tropics house in environment Julianadorp well-known everywhere.
I have called this tropics villa to the clamour name of my grandmother DORA. Already fast appeared, that it concerned here, however, a very large villa, of which all spaces afterwards seen were not optimally exploited. A year later I have suggested the idea, to will build in the side wing of the house two apartments.
The tropics villa stands on a parcel of one thousand seven hundred and eighty square meters (1.780m2). The two apartments reside under the same roof as the private house itself, and I decided for the apartments to provide them with its own identity, but nevertheless with a private part, for the names for the apartments i choose the name DORATHEA (my grandmother official maiden name).
This instead of two insipid numbers like this way frequently so much usual is in a hotel or apartment complex.
Therefore the privacy and intimate environment is optimatically used… and this way occurred.
Information Villa DoraThea
Villa DoraThea exists from two apartments, each with a possible maximum occupancy for three persons. The two apartments border both to the fancy moored tropical garden, of from which one directly is connected to the 8 x 4 meters beautiful swimming pool of, which is surrounded by fancy tropical plants. Both have separately a delicious outside terrace of 2.5 x 7.50 meters. Situated in a beautiful environment, with much fauna and movement-sly streets, silence stands predominated.
